SAN FRANCISCO, August 26, 2020 – Inference Solutions, a global provider of Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVAs), today announced that its Studio platform has won the “Best Conversational Interface” award from AI Breakthrough, a leading market intelligence organization that recognizes the top companies, technologies and products in the global Artificial Intelligence (AI) market today.
