We have a great opportunity for an experienced demand marketer with 5+ years experience to join the team in a strategic leadership role. This role will report to our CMO.
This is an exceptional opportunity to help drive sales pipeline for Inference by managing a wide range of marketing programs that includes events (physical and digital), digital marketing, email, content syndication and account-based marketing. This is a key role at Inference that will help to drive engagement with key personas at accounts that match our ICP.
As the Manager of Demand Marketing, you will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to define and manage programs that not only drive leads but also build pipeline.
Responsibilities
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, advertising and performance analysis.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
Prepare and monitor the demand marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to social ads and event collateral.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Qualifications / Requirements
5+ years B2B marketing experience, with minimum 3 years in a demand marketing role.
Appreciation for the complexity of channel sales models and a strong willingness to learn
Proven ability to manage campaigns and programs that deliver high ROAS.
Excellent listening, oral and written communication/presentation skills
Domain expertise in call centers or telecommunications.
Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
BA/BS degree preferably in a quantitative discipline.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams. Can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions. Ability to generate strong external and internal relationships.
Previous experience interacting with and presenting to C-level executives.
Accountable, proactive and thoughtful with high attention to detail and strategic problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to run complex processes, navigate organizations, and lead meetings effectively and efficiently.
