Responsibilities
Working directly with both the internal sales organisation and customers you will
Verify proposals and solutions from the sales organisation.
Provide detailed estimates based on input from the sales organisation.
Lead customer meetings and workshops as required.
Develop and analyse customer requirements with a focus on understanding the problems from the customer perspective.
Design, Build and Test solutions for customers with a focus on simple, reliable and powerful solutions that meet business requirements.
Write documentation and provide handover ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience required
2+ years of experience in professional services, consulting or customer facing roles
Experience with contact center, IVR, virtual agents, VoIP and telecommunications service providers
1+ years experience in software development life cycle within any analysis, development, quality assurance or other project role
Proven ability to perform under pressure and deliver against strict deadlines
Software development and programming skills, any language, and a desire to move beyond that language
Business analyst or test analyst experience.
